As we continie to age past 50, our MORTALITY becomes more evident. Living in the "Western World" medical doctors prescribe chemicals in the form of medication to “treat” whatever ailment that a person is complaining about.

As a registered nurse, my job was to know the actions, possible side effects and contraindications for each medication before I could administer it to my patient. I learned very quickly that medical doctors are literally “practicing medicine!” They have an educated guess of what that medicine should do for the patient, but until that person takes it, it’s just an educated guess. Medical doctors are not really taught about alternatives to medicine or prevention. Their focus is basically just prescribing medicine.

Let’s face it, doctors are in business. The more people they “see,” the more money they make. They made an oath to “do no harm”, but they are really not into “curing” things. They want to “treat” you, so you keep coming back to “see” them! If you were healed, you would not have to come back!

This book was created to share tips from around the world. Different cultures and methodologies, as well as things that have been helping people live vibrant productive lives well past 100!

When we embrace the spiritual, financial and mental aspects of aging vibrantly along with journaling it becomes a life changing tool, that when consistently implemented literally changes the tragectory of our mundane life to a vibrant, productive, fun, high quality adventure!
